Shipping
We’ll always do our best to ship orders out as soon as we receive them, but please plan on a maximum of 10 days to process your order after placing it. We ship using standard ground USPS but do offer an expedited shipping rate (available during checkout). We offer free shipping on all orders more than $40. Waveland orders are shipped from Arizona and transit time will vary based on your distance from our facility. We ship nationwide, though we’re currently unable to ship to any country outside of the U.S.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once you’ve successfully placed your order. This will include your shipping address. Please verify that your address is correct, as we’re unable to redirect the shipment once it’s in route. We want to make sure we get you your tea as quickly as possible (but are not responsible for any errors that result from mail carriers being unable to deliver).
If your teas arrive damaged, send us a photo of the damage, and we will ship you replacement teas free of charge. If your product is defective, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase to initiate the refund process. Make sure to include your order number, describe the reason for your return, and include a photo of the damaged product so we can better assess what the issue is. Once we receive your email, we’ll reach out ASAP to process an exchange or refund.
